Circa ~ 1940s I believe it is Hungarian but could also be Mexican 

Super Super Pretty!

Bust ~ 18 inches across under arm to underarm or 36 approx

Length  ~ 26 inches 

Condition ~ This blouse is in overall very good condition considering it's age. There are a few tiny pin head holes but generally very good.
